WHO WE ARE
OUR MISSION
The educational and teaching activity of
our school aims at the global cultural growth of the students, enabling
them to become Italian and European citizens, fully aware of the social
context of our times. All our educational activities are inspired by the
values of the European Union :
” Respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule
of law and respect for human rights, including rights of persons belonging
to minorities” ( Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, part
I, art.2)
Our school maintains that all these values, shared by the member States
of the European Union, must also be shared by the school community and must
direct the whole teaching action.
The school curriculum provided for the “Istituti Tecnici Commerciali”,
with its different IGEA, ITER and MERCURIO courses, has been redesigned
by the “Riforma”, that enhances similar goals: the flexible
and multipurpose professional training of qualified students who are able
to work in various operational contexts, characterized by a growing automation
of procedures, by constant changes produced by the steady development of
the civil and taxation laws, by the rapid evolution of management systems
and Information Technology, by the complex economic, social and administrative
organization deriving from the close relationship between the member states
of the E.U., where every European citizen is free to work and live.
